Horiba UVISEL Spectroscopic Ellipsometer
The Horiba UVISEL Ellipsometer measures translucent materials accurately from 1Å to 20 microns, with a spectral range from 250 to 2100 nm. Furthermore, the UVISEL is able to characterize surface interactions and roughness, as well as determining other material properties, such as porosity and crystallinity. Independently adjustable source and detector angles from 40° to 90° give the instrument further measuring flexibility.
