SU8 Laminating
SKY 335R6 Laminator
The SKY laminator is used to apply SU8 dry films, supplied by DJ Microlaminates, to silicon wafers. These films are available in thicknesses ranging from 100 µm to more than 500 µm, and are thus a preferred alternative to spinning thick films of liquid SU8 resist.
The following dry films are available for immediate use:
- 100 mm round, 150 µm thick
- 100 mm round, 200 µm thick
- 100 mm round, 500 µm thick
